MPP电力电缆保护管



MPP uses modified polypropylene as the main raw material. It does not require a large amount of dredging, soil excavation and road surface destruction. It lays pipelines, cables and other construction projects in special sections such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds. Compared with the traditional "digging and burying pipe method", the trenchless power pipe project is more suitable for the current environmental protection requirements, removing the dusty, traffic jam and other disturbances caused by the traditional construction. This technology can also be used in some Lay pipelines in areas where excavation operations are carried out, such as monument protection areas, downtown areas, crop and farmland protection areas, highways, rivers, etc.

The commonly used specifications of the pipe are 110mm to 250mm in diameter, which are divided into ordinary and reinforced types. The ordinary type is suitable for the excavation and laying construction and the non-excavation crossing construction with a buried depth less than 4M; the reinforced type is suitable for the non-excavation crossing construction with a buried depth greater than 4M.



MPP tube advantages
1. MPP tube has excellent electrical insulation.

2. The MPP tube has high heat deformation temperature and low temperature impact performance.

3. The MPP pipe has higher tensile and compressive properties than HDPE.

4. The MPP pipe is light and smooth, with low friction, and can be welded by heat fusion welding.

5. The long-term use temperature of MPP tube is 5 ~ 70 ℃.

6. Construction instructions

l It is strictly forbidden to throw, hit, scribble or expose to the pipe during transportation and construction.

l When hot-melt butt joint, the axis of the two pipes should be aligned, and the end face cutting should be vertical and smooth.

l The processing temperature, time, pressure, and climate conditions should be adjusted accordingly.

l The minimum bending radius of the pipe should be ≥75 pipe outer diameter.

MPP采用改性聚丙烯为主要原材料,是无须大量挖泥、挖土及破坏路面,在道路、铁路、建筑物、河床下等特殊地段敷设管道、电缆等施工工程。与传统的"挖槽埋管法"相比,非开挖电力管工程更适应当前的环保要求,去除因传统施工所造成的尘土飞扬、交通阻塞等扰民因素,这一技术还可以在一些无法实施开挖作业的地区铺设管线,如古迹保护区、闹市区、农作物及农田保护区、高速公路、河流等。

管材常用规格为直径110mm~中250mm,分为普通型和加强型。普通型适用于开挖铺设施工和非开挖穿越施工埋深小于4M的工程;加强型适用于非开挖穿越施工埋深大于4M的工程。

6、施工须知

l 管材运输、施工过程中严禁任意抛摔、撞击、刻划、曝晒。

l 热熔对接时两管轴线要对准,端面切削要垂直平整。

l 加工温度、时间、压力、视气候状况作相应调整。

l 管材最小弯曲半径应≥75管外径。
